摘要: 电气系统可靠性研究是通过采用系统分析工具, 在设计前期找出供配电系统中可能存在的薄弱环节,提出应对措施,旨在设计阶段消除这些隐患以保证系统的可靠性,满足工厂正常运行、操作和维护。文章简要从研究的目标、研究范围、关注重点、需关注项等几个方面阐述了某海外炼油项目中电气系统可靠性研究的实际应用,希望可以为未来的国内外项目提供一定的帮助。同时寄希望于未来的国内项目可以实施电气系统的可靠性研究

Abstract: By using systematic analysis tools, Electrical System Robustness Study (ESRS) finds out the potential weakness in power supply and distribution system early in the engineering stage, and puts forward corresponding solutions to eliminate them in the engineering stage, so as to ensure the system robustness and the normal operation and maintenance of the plant. The application of ESRS in an oversea refinery project is introduced from the aspects of research objectives, research scope, focus and items to be noted to provide some help for domestic and oversea projects in the future. It is hoped that effective ESRS can be conducted in future domestic projects.
